thank you Mr. willgart to your replay .. i am not sad of the money they took .. only they took money from my visa without my permit .. it feel me not safe .. that is all .. but money not important to me about that i did not get profit from the ea >> may be my luck is not good .. i feel that indeed please i am thinking to raise risk to 3 .. what do you see about that thank you very much .. you let me feel calm ..

when i get that ea i did not agree to quaterly fees .. i dont know any thing about that it is very bad think to take money from my visa without my knowlage what can i do now ?i dont get any profit from that ea ..please tel me what to do now

please i have an email from envy team ""Hello ,We have successfully received your renewal payment.Thank you very much.Your next renewal will be on November 27th, 2012.Best regardsTeam Envy"and i discover that they took 30usd from my visa without my knowlage i send email to them .. they dont reply can any tel me about that thanks
