yes the myfxbook update EA was what I was talking about. I just thought perhaps Ali66sh weren't on a vps so you were disconnecting from the internet when you weren't placing trades and therefore being disconnect from the myfxbook server (as many trades have a large trade duration). If you are using update via EA or investor password and have set frequency, perhaps talk to myfxbook support maybe they can fix problem. Good luck.

I have reported the following signal providers for their manipulated results making deposits and withdrawals on the same day hours apart to have the performance figures incorrectly calculated of the net deposit usually $1 or very small amount to make performance per trade hundreds or thousands of percentage. yes that's what I noticed your account earned almost 3 times his today, but I also think he closed out a negative trade that you didn't have as you started subscription after maybe. this is the only worry with this provider is although he was only trading 0.01 lots minimum on most brokers, he had 18 trades open on GBPJPY when they went against him, and he averaged / grid to recover which did work out this time, but may not always especially on such a volatile pair. cheers

I see the account was last updated 5 hours ago? Are you using the update EA? What frequency have you got it set to, if you are using a VPS, I would have thought an hourly or less would be more appropriate, or are you manually disconnecting and connecting.. cheers

Good to see you get out of that GBPJPY drawdown. If you can keep the drawdown under control will be a winner. Even perhaps safer to follow at 1/2 risk would still be a great monthly return ... cheers

looks like an arbitrage EA with trades less than 1 second and 0.05 pip wins, slippage will kill this EA on any reputable broker...

good advice to add. I would add sometimes there are some examples on reputable brokers I remember an abitrage system that worked on FXPro for a short while, but you can always tell these, they only last a few weeks then the vendors try to cash out and run. If using a grid / martingale that has lasted more than a year, be sure to use an equity protection EA, set to what your are comfortable to lose and start again be it 30,40 or 50%.

definitely, but I suspect a lot of the scam signal providers are posting in this thread, as previously it was a rather quiet thread but lately it's all good good posts. haha. oh well hopefully the scammers are driven of the platform soon. The development team is certainly looking at it...

I can't see where I can set the SL amount though? and if I use the vol setting it doesn't translate to a small SL, only huge 200 pips SL which is very large for news trading...

Also I believe the discrepancy with drawdown is because of update frequency to the various providers. Not sure what frequency set here but can't be 5 or 15 mins? is it 1 hour or 4 hours? perhaps signal start is more frequent your connection to them (as people are copying trades from you so the 34% drawdown would be the more accurate figure). cheers

thank you for your response. If May speaks in UK and situation gets worse very quickly I hope you will have SL on those trades, as you won't have time to react if the news is very quick about possibility of a hard brexit... There are no 18 open trades from 16 open positions, so are you opening new positions to average out of the poor trades (i.e. using a grid technique, it does look that way), please advise?

Han I am not the most senior trader here. I think togr has been around longer than me. My advice to anyone is follow signal providers who have at least $1,000 of their own money in their own system. Avoid following signal providers with cent accounts, or $10 in their accounts or $50 made to look like $5,000 (plenty of these on signalstart.com) and if you go to simpletrader.net they have a minimum of $3,000 requirement and 6 months history etc to be publicly displayed in their marketplace starting from January this year. Also look for systems with a monthly return close to the maximum drawd...

agreed it's plagued by many many $50 cent accounts being displayed as $5,000 account and then lots of accounts that started with $7-$10, like seriously haha. at least simpletrader.net now has a minimum $3,000 real account requirement weeding out these, although you can still have your cent account as a signal on their platform but no public display of it. so you have to share with people. I know at least one provider doing so on myfxbook. There's a reason it's not in their public listing. They are now the tightest platform to get on. which is great

I notice in the description for this signal you mention all trades have a pre determined TP and SL set. However on signalstart you have 16 open positions on GBPJPY and none of them have a SL set only TP? Also signal start says Drawdown is 34%, but here it says 27% Can you please explain this also?. thanks
