Is 99% or real tick backtest quality possible in MT5?

i am an autotrader and i dont like to trade manually. My broker has just supported MT5, i want to switch to mt5 but the problem is that it seems there is no way of importing historical data into mt5. So is 99% or real tick backtesting possible in mt5?

It uses stoploss, doesn't martingale and profitable with spread.

Myfxbook must ban the owner of this account and blacklist this broker, we cant tolerate this kind of things to happen.Also, especially the broker, who make a custom statement to myfxbook, which is completely unacceptable.
