@copytrades You are right, and thanks for opening Trade History.Trade History shows that the excessive pip loss is due to occasional GOLD trades. It is a known phenomena on MyFxBook that pip losses in GOLD trades mess up the Profit&Loss pip data of CURRENCY trades. One can easily confirm it by doing a Custom Analysis on currency pairs only, i.e. leaving GOLD trades (XAUUSD) out of the analysis.Looking at the history I don't see Martingale style money management, so I retract my previous statement. This year (as of today): + 141.5% profit achieved by LOSING -408 pips...How is it possible...? Its simple: MARTINGALE (that is why "Trade History" is hidden.)

Yes, correct, if you WIN on the 1 lot (i.e. 100 times bigger lot size).But what if you LOSE on that 100x larger lot size...? As there is not guarantee that the 100x lot size will win.Do you go for 10 lots or even 100 lots sizes with the next position? What if those become losers, too...?Well, the answer is MARGIN CALL...P.S. Even if you state that the larger lot sizes belong to another strategy, it does not change the facts. Position sizes don't care to which strategy they belong. In essence: it is still a MartiGrid.

Well said. Apparently and admittedly it IS a MARTIGRID strategy... ("average in using multiple small positions and lose on that and then trade one BIG position...")As suspected... Cost averaging, i.e. adding to losing positions even larger position(s) IS MARTIGRID by definition and it is a very risky business. It is good until it is not good... For me what you show here IS a MARTIGRID (based on negative pips with plus profits) UNTIL PROVEN OTHERWISE. That it is. Like it or not...It is your turn to prove that it were NOT a MartiGrid. Reveal trade history... Prove that you trade on a 250k account.In other words: WALK THE TALK!!P.S. I am not your "friend"... Probably you have already noticed that...

I have not seen any EA with safe and satisfactory LONG TERM results (long term = at least 2 years).I don't say that it does not exist, it just has not appeared yet on MyFxBook, ForexFactory, DonnaForex, ConnectForex or SignalStart... For the past 5 years...So I don't say that it is impossible to make Gold from Copper, but so far nobody has been successful with it...

Yes, that is why most strategies on MyFxBook belong to 'Casino Forex'...Margin call...? Complete account destruction...? No problem... A new account under a new user name can be created right away... Rinse and repeat... And performance fees can be collected risk free until the margin call...

Bulls*it Grid Scalper...My friend has opened a live account for management with the clown... It was going fine for one day by taking 1-2 profits, but on the 2nd day (Aug 21) the account started shorting the rising EURUSD in multiple grids causing more than -30% floating DD, so my friend just had to close everything manually and run with what was left...Consider: if this clown were trading in the opposite direction with the same TP/SL, in two days he could have achieved a 30%+ floating PROFIT, instead of scalping 1-3 pips, then letting the account run into DEEP DRAWDOWN...Stay away, unless you ...
