I'm referring to using scalping... if you are only generating 1-3 pips per trade, speed of execution might not be fast enough and may cause negative slippage.. In that sense, it may not be scalable

Another reason could be the lack of scalability if you are scalping.Some brokers are great for execution for the first 3 lots for examples, then afterward it may affect performances.

How would you define sustainable? If you are talking about years after years then no, the account will get blown up.. It's just a matter of time. If anyone tell you otherwise, find anyone who can provide you with myfxbook with a reputable and regulated broker who can provide you at least 3 years of track record on that.

I see most of the people here saying that it is possible, however I've rarely seen one with highly reputable and regulated broker that can produce that with at least more than 3 years of track records of consistency without blowing the account. Unless anyone can prove it here with there myfxbook link, the chances of that happening is 0.001%As far as i've seen so far, there is only 1 trader that i know of that have met this description. I would love us to be proven wrong here and show us your myfxbook link =)

Unless you can show us one with 5 years of track record with no lossing in 1 month, thenI have to agree with Professional4x on this.
