Hi guys,
You will notice that until recently my track record has been pretty ordinary.
After starting my live account last year I started trading based on the misconception that it's easy and you can follow a mechanical method .... Also that Forex is a get rich quick scheme. I soon realised that this is not the case and pulled my cash.
Over the Christmas holidays I watched and read several things regarding price action and mental discipline. Since then my trading has turned around exponentially which is reflected in the live results since going back to a live account in February 2010.

what timeframe are u using?
I spent a bit of time going over the 'Profiting in Forex' DVDs by Steve Nison and also watching videos by Nial Fuller at www.learntotradethemarket.com
As far as timeframe, I trade off 4hr charts mostly but also use daily charts in my analysis.
