You are right. It is scam broker.
don't trust this statements. ask this guy another statements in another broker or ask the Investor Password of another broker if you want to buy his EA.

Guys! Do not buy anything from this person. I have bought the ea from him and spent $400. I waited for several days before he gave me the ea that trades only several times per month with no good results. It appears the guy is trading manually or with the help of other EA. But it is not definitely the ea he sold me. Now he does not respond my emails. I hope my message will save you money! So please be careful.
