They're difficult to deal with - like most brokers. But I can trade and have made withdrawals with no problem. It just takes time to get anything done... which sucks if you're impatient.

If you're tracking this account it is no longer in use. It has been migrated to Dude2.1 and we just picked back up with our trading in that account.
