Take a look at IronFX as well. based on the research I did IronFX is number 1 on my list, I actually have a live account with them at the moment, and Alpari would be number 2.

I am using S/R lines and low/high with price action. Of course there must be some free move for false break this values. For eurousd count with 30-35 pips false with big S/R. Small have about 20 pips. TP about 50 pips, SL no more than 20 pips. B/E using.
