I've actually had some problems with using both the MT4i and MyFxBook EAs on the same account. - of the MT4 crashing variety. It was earlier versions of MT4 but I would use then together with caution.

Ray, can you let me know what the broker time is on FinFX?I'll plot the trades and see what they look like, my initial thoughts about this EA are that it allows a massive drawdown on some trades before returning a few pips.My initial thoughts about this project were that is was a collusion between FinFX and the EA developers in order to attract business to FinFx - who are a relatively new broker.

It's simple don't have one thousand losses. If your live trading bears no correlation with what your paper trading results told you was likely to happen then review your strategy.

The whole concept of a stop loss is a method to take emotion out of the equation. If you have decided in advance what loss you are willing to accept then I don't see a problem with putting a stick in the ground on the system. That way last second nerves can't get in the way of the decision. "Oh, I'll just wait a second it will come back" turns into "This is a long term position, I know the trend will reverse", turns into "Any spare change mate, I need a coffee".If you are trading with a broker that is hitting your stop losses then change broker. It's sad when the scammers get a victim. I feel your pain, I really do and I'm sorry it happened to you.I think one of the lessons to be learned from this scam is if a trader does not communicate openly and honestly in the thread for their own system then steer clear of them.

I'm in agreement with this. Especially the second point. I appreciate it's difficult to carry out accurate percentage gain figures and please everyone given that people are depositing and withdrawing all the time. Maybe it would be possible to add two different percentage gain figures to the headline box calculated differently.

I think if you read further back you will see that Dariusz is actually a representative of a broker. If you're the broker then you can show what you want in a live account.
