FINALLY into profit!!! And I swear, I'm never going to do what I did to get there again. Frustration took over, and I was just like "Screw it" let's make a lot of money in one trade....lolNeedless to say, I met my trading goal for June so decision to keep trading or not is up to me. It would be nice to get ahead because I have to make another grand by the end of July in order to make that goal.P.S. Already up 20% on new demo account in just a few days...one day it will be that easy for real account....lol

Yes, I have seen yours....12 out of 12 so far it is doing good.The one I am currently testing is more of a trending EA and some trades can be open for a day or longer. It has lots of wins but the problem is the draw-down and on regular settings it risks too much. lol

Yeah well I am testing an EA live right now.......and my equity is down 20%. And this is supposed to be a kick-ass EA. So EAs don't really impress me so far.

I think it is possible but only if you maintain consistency. I also think the key is to start off with a substantial balance, i.e. $10K. Because I have started 2 accounts of $1500 and lost the first one and this one I am struggling on. Not because of over-leveraging but because the risk/reward isn't good enough. Takes 100 pips to get anywhere and in these choppy markets 100 pips is like winning the jackpot at a casino.But I do imagine even with bigger account, as the balance grows larger your emotions become more difficult to control. You might be tempted to cut profits too early etc, let ...

Haha this is total BS....waited 16 hrs for a long trade to get out of water....finally escaped it only to watch it jump and hit my target.....while I had entered a different trade which ended up hitting my Stop-Loss.FML LOL 😲

I am not going to argue with you. I can count the real accounts, trust me I am not blind. I'm not disputing the balance of the accounts, because honestly that doesn't matter. And I don't really raise eyebrows to equity either, because technically that is floating and can change at any moment. As I look at your profile right this moment-- "testing" equity is 95.01%, "secret" is 98.07%, and "freedom" is 99.94%But regardless, in the end what matters is the % gain. Right? It doesn't matter what the balance is because a higher balance doesn't necess...

Thanks Speki, yes that was a good week. The month of May in general was pretty good for me, although I broke above break-even at one point before diving back down below (thanks to my, ahem.....emotions...getting the best of me). Temptations still persist, but after over a month straight of trading I have come to realize that trading mechanically is the best way to go. If you cut out all my large, emotion-driven losses, then I would be at my end-of-June-goal already.I am just beginning this adventure, and I'm sure it will be a rocky road (especially with QE2 ending soon)...but I am in this ...

lol...I apologize if I sounded rude, but you claim my system isn't successful when I'm just getting started. At my current rate even with deviations and drawdowns I am on track to gain at least 20%+ per month.Only one of your accounts is labeled for testing only, and even then anybody can label their bad accounts "for testing" to hide actual losses. I see things in % and with your real accounts combined you are down -69.44%...and that's not even calculated using Absolute Gain, which would put you even lower.In addition, one of your "clients" alleges he lost $16,...

But here on your own account you have been trading poorly in general. Great start to June.....almost break-even now....I was initially scared because Monday I was back to 13% under but stuck to trading mechanically and have since had winning trades....Currently only -0.55% (-1.98% abs) down so one more good trade should put me back on top. Made 6% just today!! Had I waited 5 minutes I would be in profit about $20....ah well....lolAmazing what a fight this has been. My trading has definitely evolved, and my performance is proving that my system works. Even with losing 5 trades in a row (yes, consecutive losers) this week, I am still HIGHER in gain and balance tha...

LOL speki yes of course but you see the market is out to get me and always does the opposite of what I want 😝And actually I would be far higher than 6%....I've gained 19-20% this month....but because I lost 25% last month I am still down lol@Intu Check your PM. They explained it to me. It was a Short order so price goes on Ask whereas I was looking at Mid and Bid.I've lost 3 in a row so now down -6% things aren't looking great I wanted to be out of the hole by now 😞All started with me not getting out when I should and not staying in when I should! lol I was in AUD/USD but got so impatient of it stalling that I got out with $1 profit but guess what? 10 minutes later it took a dive! Aaaarrggh! 😂

Dummy me waited out too long and gave back some of the profits upon a better inflation report. Still ended up with ~74 pips but my next two trades were placed and have been stopped out while I was asleep! 😞Ugh, I was doing so well! Currently in another trade but down 10 pips.Looks like I'm still going to be stuck at -5% for awhile 😑Also not happy with Oanda right since they close my trade 1 pip (3 pips on MT4) before a stop-loss which it actually never hit! Can they do that?? I am going to try to get a credit but doubt they will give me one.

On Friday I actually got into another trade...a complete "no-brainer" as they call it (overbought Stochs, piercing uppermost Bollinger, tweezer top reversal candlestick pattern, etc), and held it over the weekend. Used half-size position "just in case" but now I wish I had used full size I normally trade! Currently 100+ pips into profit, stop-loss is beyond breakeven, ZERO risk, so I'm going to let it run. Yup...I was right...EUR has since taken a skydive....could be 30+ pips further by now. Oh well. The other trade ran flat, so I got out with enough profit to cover the cents interest I was charged this week. I actually could've got out with a few dollars but was busy playing video games and didn't check the charts for an hour 😁Looks like I'm probably done for the week so will try again Sunday evening when Tokyo opens or if no opportunities then perhaps Monday or Tuesday evening.
