rootkit, I’m not overly excited about buying additional licenses either but I do believe that a person deserves to be paid for creating a really good or possibly great trading system. This EA has the potential to be a market masterpiece. I’m not necessarily saying that’s the case yet, only time will tell, but it sure looks good so far. While having to buy an extra license certainly sucks, it isn’t a show stopper to me considering the potential. Granted this EA has had problems running with some brokers, I’ve experienced such issues in my trading accounts as well but it also runs just fine with other brokers as has been proven by this live account which we’re all following. I personally think that the support and effort being made by the EA provider to improve his product is outstanding. Keep in mind that this trading method is probably the absolute best available in any commercial EA and appears to have the potential to make incredible returns in a very short time. Well, I can already say that this new version appears to be executing trades better. It completed this mornings trade correctly in both my ATC and MBT accounts.

Yeah, I've had the same issues with FGB on my ATC account; it looses track of most of the trades. My MB Trading account is a little better but FGB still looses track of some of those trades as well. Interestingly though, I've also got FGB running on two demo MBT accounts and it never seems to have any issues on those accounts. Unfortunately at this point, this EA just isn't something that's very usable in its current state. Hopefully the vendor can fix the execution issues because the trading method itself seems to be excellent.

Yep, same here. Using the latest version...I only have it running on a demo account but I got no trade at all today. The indicator worked though, it showed me where the EA was supposed to trade. Previous version gave me all the trades. 😕

Hi JackJ59, well it's been 20+ years since I read the Wiest book but from what I remember he would wait for a commodity that was trading near historic lows in price. For example; say wheat was trading near a 10 year low, and then he would buy 1 contract of wheat. Hi Damon,No, but I'm sure if I emailed him, he would respond, he's a very helpful guy However, I'm not too worried about it since as I said, it traded correctly in both my real accounts. Perhaps the demo is running an older version or something. I think the latest version is v04, or at least that's what I'm using.

Not sure I understand why the loss on the the EURUSD occurred on this Demo account. The EURUSD gapped down, so the system should have gone long. I trade this EA in two real accounts and in both the EURUSD trade was a buy which successfully reached its TP.

Hi hawkfx,Is there any chance that you would share your settings, I'd really be interested in seeing your set files. I've been running Hyper EA in demo mode for a month and a half now but with only the normal risk settings. It's done pretty well but it did have one hit the full SL on Oct 25th. However, none of my trades seem to really match up to yours, not sure why. I'm using ATC Brokers for the demo testing. I'll have to enable the low risk settings in a second chart and see how that does.

Yep, the first time I saw this type of system was when I traded commodity futures back in the early 80's. There was a book written by a guy named Robert F. Wiest called "You Can't Lose Trading Commodities”, first published in 1980. Still have a copy sitting on my bookshelf. Interesting reading but not a practical trading system for numerous reasons. Andrea must have gotten a good deal at the half-priced book store.

You're exactly right Steve, this EA will open multiple positions (as many as 9, maybe more) against a trend to try to make up for one initial losing position......and if the positions don't move into profit before a maximum drawdown level is reached, they all close together with a huge loss. Much worse than a martingale IMHO. I was sucker enough to buy this thing and when I tried to backtest it using their recommended settings, it shows that it blows up the account very quicky.
