Stephen;I looked at the chart and the first thing I see is a balance that continually climbed until the account blew out. This tells me that no profits were ever withdrawn. If this is true, then this is foolish to the max. Every one of these martingales always blow out. The trick is to capture the profits between blowouts and learn to manage the system as best you can. Stephen;My message truncates for some reason. This is the continuation...This was my FGT demo account. I traded it with 10,000 dollars and hit a 50% draw down for one day in April. My base lot size, even on 10 grand is .01. I need the capital to let the full basket develop and some. Others may start at .01 on 3,000 dollars, and they just are not going to survive. These martingales are wildly profitable but you MUST have the capital to let them work. Stephen;I ran Grid Trader on a different account (demo) account since Jan with no adjustments, and it did abut 125% and never blew out. In the 5 months of running it, there was only one day when the draw down became disconcerting, and then it resolved itself with a large gain. The results that you saw here were for a different system. I decided to go live this weekend with Grid Trader. I had to wait one day to be able to begin the custom start date. So there's really nothing here to compare to anything...yet.

I don't think the hacked educated version is safe at any level. I've blown out accounts now, thankfully demos at .01 lots per 8,000 and .01 per 10,000. I suppose this might work at .01 for 30,000, but it becomes a why bother scenario.

If you are even remotely considering buying Ataka, don’t. They don’t honor their guarantees, and they only answer questions that they deem appropriate, which aren’t too many. There are shenanigans going on because we can’t achieve anywhere near the same level of performance that they get. They will not share their historical trades, even with their clients.Do me a favor. Rick;Thanks for the words of caution. Its not that I'm a fan of martingales, its just that I've had very little luck finding anything else that had reasonable equity curve. if you could drop a name or two of what you are comfortable with, I would greatly appreciate your opinions.

I'm giving up on Ataka. Results suck and are not consistent with their "results". Site offers refund but now they don't want to give it. More (maybe) after their deadline to correct passes and they don't correct.

This is not a martingale system. Look at the lot sizes. They are all 1.0.My bigger concern is that its been in the doghouse for a full year now giving back half the earnings.

I will be closing down this Ataka demo and going over to a live account. I am hoping that the best time to start a martingale is right after a blow out. I will be withdrawing profits weekly. I agree. I've asked you to share the name of the open and honest developer. You won't. I've asked you to provide clarity to the cryptic names of the systems you trade. You won't. I’m glad you found at least part of my post helpful. That’s more than I can say about your myfxbook page. Most people are at least transparent in what they trade. WTF is a DOTUN2? Or a SAYOFX? Or an AJOMALE? If you have a developer you consider ethical and honest, how about sharing? You tell me what you think myfxbook should be yet do very little to promote that vision of openness when it comes to you and your systems. Do you have anything to offer besides ill will?

What makes you think I'm a professional Akinwale?? I'm down in the trenches just like everyone else looking for things that reasonably work.
