Arbit gave me a link to open a actt in order to to use his EA. Unfortunately its at Alpari NZ and they dont accept US customers.
Read somewhere that a US citizen can setup an offshore banking account, then have a friend in any other country South Africa, Australia etc. provide this offshore account with a water bill or lease agreement.

A forex manager runs say 100 EA's on 100 real accounts, the probability that at least 5 of them will make money is very high. On these clients they take an excessive 30% (way to much, 18% is more reasonable) because they know that the trading pattern won't last because the market follows a random walk. The other 95 EA's clients lose their money, you seem to be one of those 95.... It is a recurring scam that has been going on for a long time and will go on for a long time. Read the book
A Mathematician Plays the Stock Market by j.a . Paulos where he describes how Stock advisory letters deceive clients.
