Hi Primeval,

Why do you think your Alpari account is doing better than FXCBS? Curious, thanks.

It's because in general the Alpari UK Platform generates more trades than other Platforms, not only for Primeval it also happens with other EAs, it has something to do with the feed, delays, etc which We can't control.

Apart from that the Alpari UK Demo Platform has no commission taking part of the profits in each trade, anyway the difference is not so big between the accounts.

Yes, I wish I could get a UK account. I see, thanks for explaining, looks good. What happened to all your old tests? Why remove them? Did they blow up?

They didn't blow up, simply were not so profitable, not even half of the great performance showed here on earlier
versions of the EA where it used big SLs, right now the EA is showing very good & reliable results with the latest update.

I really love the great risk/reward ratio now offered.

dude i disagree with that. alpari uk and russia ..generates fewer trades for my EA and some other EAs i have tested.

Whatever you say about Alpari .. it's a dealing desk broker, that's a fact, and it's russian no matter where the registraton is made.
Russians haven't learned how to make honest and transparent longterm business, allways trying to cheat and manipulate.
I have few friends who have dealed with russian brokers and they had only problems, with execution, withdrawals ecc.
Probably Alpari UK is better having in mind it's FSA regulated and the withdrawal problems could be minor but price and execution manipulation and insane spread widening are still an issue. So if you wanna make big bucks then Alpari is not the right choice.

Beware of Alpari live spread is much wider than their demo. That is why we cannot make a comparison of demo's performance on Alpari not true to live performance.

Yes, Alpari feed their demo system with their Pro account feed. Which you only get if you open a Pro account live.

Since CollectiveFX changed it's Server I'm practically getting no trades on the Live Account this week and is being more frustrating everyday. I don't know what happens with their feed or what's the reason for this but it's really annoying and
you also have to pay a monthly membership which basically is a waste if you can't trade normally.

Anyone having a similar experience with this Broker after they changed their servers?

I think I'm still getting the normal number of trades, but today's result hasn't been great.

Yes, today it was a losing day but it's normal (nothing the EA can't recover on one single good day), the FOMC News didn't help us, if you're getting the same number of trades on a live account than something must be wrong from my side using CollectiveFX only...

I know it's normal...I'm not complaining. I tried to avoid trading USD pairs today, but I guess other pairs were affected as well.

Why you don´t use the major pair GBPUSD on your live accounts, though you have it on the alpari demo account?

I don't recommend this pair, the EA supports many pairs and the risk is not worth it on this one because of the volatility it shows from time to time, at least from my point of view, others might agree and others still might trade this pair on Asian Session.
