Very good results, you don't seem to carry loosing positions from day to day. Your last trade you averaged short into the euro rally , which is fine as long as the draw - down wasn't excessive. The account had only one day of negative pips out of a one month trading period. Hope you can up this performance in the weeks ahead because the account is only a month old.

This account should be listed as nr.1 and not the present nonsense we have of 800%. The criteria must be broker first (go markets is fine), then the draw down factor etc. Telling us an account made 1000% is meaningless if we can't quantify the risk because over time a risky strategy will implode.

Your average trade time seems to be 8min in a scalping style.

Gotta agree 100% on that.

How much did you deposit, if it was $100 it would be meaningless because it doesn't reflect the real world. If you want to run a PAMM service you must show the deposits and what size the account is. It should be at least $2000 on Oanda but less on go markets due to higher leverage available.

Hello to the MFB crew.

My strategy is Price action. Scalping? Sure if you want to call it scalping. I call it minimum market exposure.Time frames are irrelevant. Statistics are irrelevant. The statistics are only the outcome of my trading activity and the actual statistics do not affect how I trade. All decisions are based on my understanding of support and resistance. I am not a hope and hold strategist. I may encounter several bad trades, which do not affect me mentally nor will disapprove my strategy. If I occur a loss, it means that I am not focused and I am ready mentally to trade at that moment. My strategy is what keeps my equity curve moving upward and being human is the only limitation to my success. I understand the psychological aspects of trading very well. If I do not feel 100% I do not trade. I do not trade, just to make a trade. When I first started to send my signals to Zipsignals, I felt the need to send a signal. I had 1 mistake and a 50 pip loss. Ever since, I was and I am very clear to all, that I will only trade when I am at 100%.

My whole outlook has changed and or matured to a professional level. I am focused on the big picture here- 'Survival'. I've experienced all the questions about r/r dd roi etc and I know that everyone is looking for some perfect statistical system. This Gomarket accounts trading activity is not my limitation or a special request from investors. I made a few comfortable trades a few times a week and that was enough for me to gain 30%. Can I do it every month for years to come? Who knows. Can I make more or less? Well of course.

September was just a mellow month for me. I never stressed out, I never over traded, most of my trades where closed at each trading session and overall, I was very comfortable and yet profitable. I enjoyed the feeling of making a few good trades and calling it a day. It made me realize that trading can really be less stressful and I do not have to be a slave to the markets.

I do not need to worry about the trends, the media, the manipulation, and volatility that swing traders and most traders experience. I am in and out with little market exposure, less risk, and a consistent, stable and rewarding gain. Its enough for me and I am enjoying it.

My trading decisions are never based on $$$. A.U.M or account balances mean nothing in the real world. If you focus on the numbers, or dollar signs, you will never be able to become a day trader. A successful day trader is someone who focuses on making a profit with the least amount of market exposure. At the end of each trading day, the cumulative gains must and or should out way the losses. If the trader can make a profit on a consistent basis, then that trader is focusing on the gain and not the $ sign.

You also need to understand that each trader/person/investor has their own psychological issues associated with money. What is a lot of money for one person may be nothing to another and visa versa. Therefore when you state anything about $$$ for an example of real world situations, we do not have a way to measure the unit equally among the diversity found in this world.

Funds are pulled and the account is officially closed. Funds were in AUD. And transfered back in Toilet paper. 😡

AUD/USD gained a strong 9% within a month (Deposit:September2010 @.9119) (Now .9950)😄

With the 33% account gain and a 9% gain in exchange rate, after fees from wire transfer/c More Profit 😱

I'll really miss Go....

Have you decided on a suitable replacement yet Will?

I wish I could find a suitable replacement fit for all citizens.
We're testing ATC brokers for US Citizens and Alpari Uk for Non US.
I have also included several other options here-https://www.pipinvestment.com/managed-accounts

I did not rate these brokers individually, but I did provide links for a quick reference. Some are better than others. However, these are all reputable brokers.

After Testing Gomarkets for a month I honestly can't find an equal comparison.
ECN spreads are solid during news, market open/close, and around the clock.
No commission
Fast execution
500:1
Multiple Currency Accounts

They had some server outages my first week, but after them sorting their technical issues, I never experienced another problem.

If anyone else has a suggested broker that I passed up, please feel free to add them below.

Only Honest MT4 Brokers. preferably ECN

I opened up an Account with VantageFx today as I came across a Thread on FF that mentioned VantageFx will still accept US Citizens up until Oct 15th. They clearly state a markup on the Spread, however, it's commission free and they advertise spreads as low as .5 pips. When VantageFx first opened they mentioned they used Gomarkets backoffice and now they have teamed up with another liquidity provider. I am not sure what that implied or if they can offer the service Gomarkets did.

I'd rather try this broker than be a slave to the new CFTC regulations in the United States. Wish me Luck.

Will,

Half the liquidity providers are US. This will filter through globally eventually. You can run, but you can't hide. Be a better approach to change the strategy. Not the broker.

This isn't about strategies or liquidity. It's about trading restrictions and limited selection....
