Does anyone else have issues with history on their account? My broker, IBFX, is only providing history of a few months on MT4. and to myfxbook. I can get trade data in excel from IBFX's web account but I would prefer to use this site for data presentation. I have been running fully automated since January and would like to have the results in Myfxbook.
Does anyone know of a solution? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for responding. Yes, I have. I noticed my history had been removed from the MT4 platform when I signed up for myfxbook and reviewed the data. Below is part of a chat with their customer service;
Client Services 70: Yes, we archive data at the end of each month.
Client Services 70: You can find your complete history through the web account.
Client Services 70: It is all stored there.
Mark Jackson 44191: yes, but I wanted to use MT4 to do some analysis
Mark Jackson 44191: are you saying it is not possible to pull past trade history into MT4 any longer?
Client Services 70: Unfortunately the only way to pull any portion of your history is through the web account.
Client Services 70: Anything prior to September will need to be accessed through the Web Account.
So, I'm guessing the next time IBFX decides to free up space on their servers, Myfxbook will only use data FTP'd...or does Myfxbook store data and keep a record of past history?

You can be assured that your data will not be deleted.
Our systems were designed specifically to overcome this issue. Even if your data is deleted on the broker's side, you'll be able to view it here on Myfxbook, and continue the data analysis process uninterrupted.
On another note, what's the format of the data in the web account? It might be still possible to use it.

It's the result of a decade of pain.
yeah, a decade.
actually, not quite a decade. i started coding this project somewhere around 2002 and i never stopped and i never looked back.
mark was the most ungrateful person to code for.
he straight up jacked me.
then it turned out that he was stealing heater devices from appliedsurface.com which is now called taratechnologies.com and he was selling them on the black market to other companies in that business. i had no idea at the time what he was doing. if i had known, i would not have dealt with him.
i cant tell you how so very hard i worked on this project.
when he was spending holidays with his family, i worked staring at these numbers looking for a solution.
when he was out with his girlfriend, i studied these numbers.
i actually found several solutions.
i remember telling him that i had trust issues. so he runs into his closet and opens up his safe and pulls out approx 130k in cash and then he asks me if that resolves my trust issues. truth is that i had never held that much cash in my hands, it sorta made me lose my train of thought. but my trust issues were about my fear that if i did the work, would he throw me to the curb in the end.
well, look at what he did.
he did everything that he could to derail me.
i originally worked for him at appliedsurface.com and he was an absolute peach to work for so i thought that he would be good to work for on this project.
but no.
he was so eager to derail me in the end that i finally just told him to buy me out.
i cant tell you that he intentionally got rid of me after i did the do.
he gave me 10k and threw me to the curb.
but let me tell you something, i in no way did all of those years work to get compensated with 10k.
absolutely not.
10k is a good days compensation as a trader.
not several years of compensation.
my new code absolutely **smokes** what he has.
i am a coder.
i am an old school coder.
i am a coder that doesnt know when good enough is enough.
i insist on perfection.
and if that seems harsh, so be it, but look at his equity curve.
he did not have this before he met me.
period.
this is not your project mark.
it is my project.
you are an embarassment to silicon valley.
dream a dream, take steps, never look back, never quit.
