The address that you mentionned is the trading floor of Pictet & Cie. I've seen their floor at multiple occasions and they don't open accounts under 1M$. Additionally, you can NOT rent an office there, they have the whole building, it's their floor...We're based in geneva and it seems you could get 500k-1M just by cold calli...
