To answer your question,most likely not,your gonna miss out on bigger profits.What time frame are you working on?look at the bigger time frames to get direction,plus any news out.whats correlated with what you trading eg: eur/usd ~ dax.whats it doing?If I open up the hour chart or 4 hour chart and spot a trend forming or a range trade,I set up support and resistance on the range trade,click on the 15 min chart,wait for the trade to spike through to knock out the retail stop losses,wait for its reversal then put a trade on,set my stoploss 2% below ,wait for my trade to play out until it gets t...

There are lots of reasons why 90% of traders fail,mostly because they have no formal training ,when your up against the brightest in the industry ,the latests news ,insider knowledge,you can't expect to jump into the ring with mike tyson and not get whacked,unless you know his weakness ,learn his moves inside out,plus someone has to pay for wall street Fundamentals are skewed and bad news is only released after top managers have sold their own stock,companies lie all the time.I have a whole list of the things you need to look at first even before fundamentals,examine the board of directors...

You can find the stats on indicators online or you can back test them yourself,I know the stats for MACD are higher than RSI.Be lucky.

Options Get an internship at a financial trading company,even if your stuck in the back office ,you will learn so fast the other side of what goes on,it will open your eyes,if you can't get in ,find an ex trader who is teaching and trading their own account,see evidence of returns.Watch them trading live,listen to them explain the setup.You can spend years learning the hard way plus lose lots of money.Be lucky!

Dont get to hung up on win ratio,as long as your winning trades are bigger than your lossing trades,you can have a 40% win ratio and still be in profit.True professional traders do aim for 70% no less,2% loss on a retail trade,5% on a portfolio ,mess up on risk management and your security card gets deleted during lunch break.Be lucky!

There's an interesting report by Francis breedon,data on Fx from the Swiss national bank.Eur/usd was doing some nice trending last week,bollinger band and psar,bouncing off extremes.Be lucky!

That's funny because my friend ,former Goldman sacks trader was just telling me about a trade he's setting up,I can even give you the details if you want.I don't know what way they trade in your country.we have a saying"you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink".
