What a day yesterday was,I got knocked out a few times,lucky I had tight stop losses,my last trade paid off.I went short at 925,stop loss 930.I was expecting to see further weakness when the Asian market would open,which it did.I closed out at 870,maybe a bit soon as I see further weakness now,can't be to greedy!So what do I make of NFP today,I think we will see lower numbers than expected or as expected,but it looks like the market is already pricing in weaker numbers,I suspect a rise in the euro,we will watch for the trend after the numbers,7-10 mins after.
I want only a safe 4% each month... Which EA?? Thank you

Well that's common sense ,no one risks 50% of their account to make 4%,higher return does not = higher risk,if there are enough buyers or sellers a price will keep moving,nothing will stop it until there's a switch in demand.EAs will work for a short period then blow up that's a fact,quants are very aware of this fact too.

I just closed out at 795,85 points from yesterday,I think it will reverse now,FOMC meeting went in my favour,just what I was expecting.

4% a month that's possible manual trading,EA is fine for awhile and if you accept large draw down.

I was watching for the change over usually around 3.45 when traders in the European session close out of positions, this morning selling off,which usually reverses at London close,missed the entry at 710.

It depends on how experienced you are on using BB,I use it quite successfully trading Eur/Usd,a few points about price action,firstly to see real price action you have to be trading futures on level 2,secondly volume cannot be measured on a retail trading platform if your trading FX ,price action does have meaning when trading but not from a retail aspect

There is a useful measure of % long /short on IG ,for example if it showes 80% are short and typically 90% of retail pick the wrong direction,makes for an interesting trade idea in the opposite direction.Of course I look for further evidence of a possible trade but it is worth taking note of.

I use BB and major support areas,there is no centralised volume in forex,only on your own trading platform provider,it's unreliable information.

No trades today so far,china is the news again,plus VW fine by US ,major support areas will get tested yet again,any signals will be difficult to trust today.Some scalping later if I see some strong level support.

781 we took a buy signal up to 820,trading is looking pretty slim now,we will soon see a push in one direction,more likely downward,I wouldn't be long until we see further weakness maybe a retest of 781,price rejection at 837 spike through BB looks like a sell signal.

Hit the S1 level again although it went down to 812,its not time yet for London close so I suspect its a false move,I think we will test 800 or 795.
Good broker hard to find.

The watchdogs will only take notice if there are a lot of complaints or if a substantial amount of money is involved,plus companies change names and set up new companies so its difficult to keep track.Also a lot of the reviews you see on posts are written by employees or those with a vested interest so be weary.You can review can view some cases that were taken up by the regulator but this is information is becoming more difficult to obtain.
