- Where did you start your journey in trading? 6 years ago- What are some useful chat rooms for traders? MyFXBook - What brokers do you use? ICMarket/XM market- What is your opinion about trading robots?If you have a strategy that is systematic, inline with robust risk management and you can create a bot to execute these trades. Its a no brainer!!However if your using someone's bots and don't fully grasp the strategy, and understand its limitation, with no risk management. Wasting your time- If you used expert advisors or special applications with robots, which ones? NOAll the best!

Hi, everyoneI have been trading for a bit now, nothing great % but fairly consistent, and I trade FX and Futures (This is a side Hussle). What is a good return on investment? I know its can be somewhat subjective, but what do you think is a realistic aim?I have been trading cautiously to test my trading system for Years, i thinks its time to step it up . This year I will aim for 35% +Just wanted to know what's others people aims are?Thanks

First, there are different options(Which I do, Myself):-1. You can set up a PAMM account2. You can get funding from a company like Pysquation(I am managing 30K for now, but if you perform well they give up to 250k)3.Darwinex is another platform4.Copy trader platform such as ZulitraderGood luck !!

I had only x1 big drop in Jun 2019...But this was because I was oversized and because of the bomb of the vessel by Iran... out of 22 months only x2 month of loss.

You would obviously need to trade your own Real account, prove you yourself you can be consistent, even when the market condition changes, even through the turmoil. You would need to have skin the game to keep you in check...Once you can prove this to yourself, you can trade other people's money to MAXIMISE your gains... The problem with retail traders is that we are undercapitalized, so we take to many risks in order to compensate for our account size(Which leads to blowing your Acc). I am very happy with 30-50% per year with a low-risk approach, that's the aim anyway!... Anything over is a BONUS!...Also, hedge funds are happy with anything over 20% per year.....But these are all projections, it really depends on what the market gives you & How much you are prepared to risk, also market condition changes all the time so you need to evolve with the market.

Well Said, best response so far!!, I don't use stop loss, however my position is "properly sized" so even if any unexpected event that occur it wouldn't blow my account. Once i fully understood this i have became consistently profitable. Also when unpredictable occasion/events occur (which always happen) you can hedge your positions. To give you time in order to re-evaluate your outlook.Also as he mentioned it all depends on the strategy you deploy...😎
