"To receive a funded Tradeo live account your account application will undergo the normal Tradeo account opening process."So, yes, U.S. residents may compete but if you win you won't be able to claim your prize since you can't open an account with them (or more correctly, you can't open an account with FXGlobe, the real broker involved in the contest.)
