I wouldn't say you're bad guys but when you pause the monitoring and manually manage the account, did you inform some of using the EA. I got maximum loss on my account on 17th Dec as the EA complete a cycle. Manually managing it to depict the EA as not failing is a wrong presentation of the capability of the EA.

Oh, this is another ForexSeven. Rather than improve and update on ForexSeven, you close it and start a different EA for another set of purchases. You close ForexSeven 2 months after I purchased the EA with net losses. There was no notification for the closure and currently no improvement work on it even though the purchase promise is lifetime update.

MFM obviously is a good EA. However, I found discontinuing MFM5 without informing his client as shocking. 90% of the trades shown under MFM7 were done by earlier version he cannot claim the success of 5 and not it's failure.

Just wondering how this provider account survive the craziness of GBP pairs of last Friday. Does it mean you're not trading these pairs? If not why were your subscriber not informed. I still believe this EA is good but proper communication would have safe our accounts.

Look good. However, can you provide shorter subscription maybe monthly or quarterly. Service only around for 3months or thereabout, not long enough to commit whole year to it.Alternatively, you can introduce trail plan.
