I would say all decent ones would allow you to do that. This is not some kind of poker game site. Read the contracts of your broker. Oanda, any decent one.

Yes its possible. and as you can see from >2000 people, there are 5 over 1000% . So its 5 in 2000. About the lots thing, is not a point, since we are talking about percentage gain. i could try to do that with 100 or 200 euros instead of 50k and there would be no 50 lots :p

For me the problem is people focus too mutch about the money. It would be more engaging if people posted their ideas about forex. How they approach it. maybe some maths that would describe forex, original ideas, there are two school of thoughs from what i know. Fundamentals and Technicals. behind every indicator there is an idea and assumptions. People here only care about the money.
