Good manager screens his clients not the otherwise. Believe it or not, many clients are just pain in the ar*e so better stick with few that good and don't whine about why it is .1% down today... Good luck finding a good one.

Thanks for your kind advise, you have outlined for me a road to prosperity ;)While I love MDP and FGB I think I will be better off studying their trading strategy and investing into my own development to keep it for myself rather than paying William to do an interface while I still don't own the technology. For me this is a long term business, not aquick cash scheme. Steady wins the race.

I am not even sure it will work on demo, I did manual tests there and it was acting bit weird. What I mean with this bridge it makes no sense to commit to live unless demo is ok. Demo with FTT will be quite close to real, as they don't do internal demo but replicate a live conditions by connecting to Dukas demo accounts. And if you traded on Dukas you should know that demo is very much like live, also generates slippages, delays, the only difference is if you put a huge live order will may have to deal with liquidity issues while you won't be having problems on demo.

Hedge, the logic always is coded in DLL, otherwise it will be just too slow in MQL. No need to worry about details. I think it makes sense to have an interface to FIX for a good ea. The reason why they don't do it because you can't sell it in any meaningful numers. FIX API to institutional brokers is available usually for accounts starting with 100K balance, how much of those can you sell, a dozen or two maybe, not thousands. FGB can get around it with a trade copier from MT4 to JForex or even maybe to FIX, but MDP needs a direct implementation. I don't think William or anyone behi...

Fair Trading is offering MT4 to Dukascopy, now they lowered their fee from today to just .1 pip before it was .5 if turnover is low. But their implementation is weird and not very fast, I was looking to test MDP live there some time ago, maybe will still give a try on demo to see if it will work at least on Demo.

Hedge, this is fine, I am in line with what you said. However guys are you bit delusional how much work development, testing and strategy development like FGB and MDP requires. The only justification for it is that they sell it in thousands so they make money on volume of sales, however I assume ClickBank takes probably half of that, their billing/risk doesn't come cheap.Anyway it does not matter is it MT4 bot, or JForex strategy or DMA algo with FIX access. Maybe if you will think more about making your money instead of whining how much they make you will see a progress for a change. Frankly bots like MDP or FGB for 99 is a steal of the century. For performance they are capable of and profits they can generate it is not unreasonable to pay hundreds of thousands dollars in development just to keep this for yourself. You mix pigs and apples. When you purchased the product you had a look over documentation, you read about limitation. You were ok with it otherwise you would go for a refund. What has changed now?PS I am not interested in this upsell simply because it works just fine for me, and I don't care about brokers where losers will rush from one to another moving their precious 100 bucks and crying about withdrawal costs. Get a job, people, stop dreaming about get rick quick scheme. Real trading be it manual or EA is about gains and losses, trials and tests, research and risks taken.

Fughe is absolutely right. Stop this little pigs' whine.I have stopped MDP for today, as we might get a contineous move with no pull backs like the last time when 3Tr EFSF rumour hit the wires, big loss ensued. I made very well this month, take a safe road for the end of week.

Just be ready to the same experience to happen again and again at the higher levels. I trade actively 2 years, can't count how many times I thought "I am over it I learnt the lesson" but it happens again and again. Just don't give up but don't ever think you've "nailed it". Because you didn't. Nobody did.

I got same with Oanda and Alpari - when position sizes reached around one full lot MDP started to get numerous off quotes in response for attempts to modify pending orders. Bucket shops will try anything they can to stop your profiting.
