Yep IBFX AU is exactly the same as IBFX USA the only difference is the leverage you can get.

Insta always requote and high spread. Try IBFX au, is STP, no requote.If you are going to use IBFX AU you might as well use gmfx.com.au - they are a WL of IBFX that gives you a 1/2 pip spread reduction. So their spreads on the EU are often 1.2 pips.

With broker 1 I had no trades last night and made $5 the night before.With broker 2 I had no trades last night and lost 0.6% the night before.The market has been really quiet with not much news or action. Looks like alot of new tonight.....

Thanks reader. I was comparing the logs on both and the broker with the 2 pip spread distance had a bunch off errors not being able to place the SL and TP etc. Where as the other broker seemed to have placed them fine.

I have been comparing two brokers lately, one has a 0 pip distance for SL (Broker1) and the other a 2 pip SL distance (broker 2). Although slippage is a lot less on broker 2 I have noticed that because I can place my stop losses tighter on broker 1 its doing a lot better.... has anyone else looked into the difference the SL distance makes? I read it needs to be under 3, but it seems brokers with a SL distance of 0 work best... ???

Pepperstone are just too new, they are a small outfit and looks like too many MDP clients are with them. Causing grief. Last night I lost 1% on my accounts.

I delete my logs all the time and never have an issue. Why dont you just download and install metatrader again? probably quicker and easier than trying to sort out logs etc....

I made 1 trade on GBP USD that was a winner. Very Small though, and 2 trade groups on the euro, overall I made just under 1% for the night. Not a big night, but I'm still happy with the profit.

Few people here have been mentioning IBFX and IBFX Australia. They do not have requotes or off quotes and you can place super tight stops. I trade with them via Got Money FX they are an Australia WL of IBFX, but offer a spread reduction of 1/2 a pip which is great for MDP. I'm trading MDP with them on a live account and going well - no problems so far.

I made a killing on NFP!to make some comments on a few of the posts here. I doubt you could trade MDP with $100K, the problem is the lot sizes. Especially during news, the slippage would kill you. I had this problem with another EA I was running, once the account grew over about $150k, the slippage I received on lots over 20 standard lots was enough to wreck the system. What I did was create several accounts and split the money up into 20k lots. Yes it meant that I had several copies of the platform running, but it didn't really matter as the EA just ticked over as normal on all of them.
