Base from what I understand you would need a fast execution ECN account with tight spread tight slippage not just that but with a fast VPS Server, I'm using my own gaming laptop to do it instead of VPS, so everytime before high impact news I would turn it on the EA, got pretty similar result but what you need to understand is the EA stoploss is at 15pips with only 1pip trailing stop and that 1 pip either a win or a lost even with the same broker, sometime their trades were OTM while mine was ITM, but overall just need to be patient, and again 15 pips stoploss with 1 pip trailing stop 1 so...

One of the best broker to use if you're in the US and trying to go offshore, the broker offer a tight spread with little no slippage at all. If you consider scalping I would say go for this broker, goodluck and happy trading. :)
