Hello, are you still unable to log in?Make sure you select FXOpen-ECN Demo server in MT4 > FILE > LOGIN menu.Also, try to type the server name as ecndemo.fxopen.com:443 .

Do you mean your myfxbook profile is not updating, or your FXOpen Meta Trader platform is not updating?

Try to close the chart that says "Waiting for update" and re-open a new chart for the currency pair you need. The new chart should be updated.

Hello everyone, Those who said they could not place a trade, because currency pair was disabled/trade disabled:FXOpen ECN platform has 2 sets of currency pairs in the Market watch - for example EURUSD and EURUSD_Ask.The ones with _Ask show the chart with the Ask price, if you wish to trade, you should select a pair without the _Ask prefix.Also, if you installed an EA on a currency chart with _Ask - your EA will not trade.
