Hi,Disclaimer is a common thing to get them free from litigation. The scammer do not refund and sell products by false information. It is implied purpose of product to make profit that is reason you and me are buying. If it does not meet implied purpose for what it is sold then its a scam!!Regards,Dhiraj

The avangate payment processor has denied the refund and still sPhantom did not responded at all. seems its very fraud company and cheaters association looting people.

I used GPS in my 4 real account and lost lot of money. I wrote to the developer but no much response except telling their EA is gaining and did not gave any right reasons why its loosing in my accounts!!!
