This is obviously incorrect as we have no control over FXCM's trading servers. We're in contact with them about this issue so hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Guys, we actually tried implementing those restrictions a long time ago, however unfortunately brokers cannot control the max total open lots, only max lot per trade - when it was implemented, traders just opened more trades to compensate for the limit.

Yes. That is the point of verification. Non verified accounts are exactly that - not verified.Data coming from the publisher/EA is coming from the user's side which can be manipulated. The only way to authenticate the data is to verify it. You can read more about the verification process here: http://www.myfxbook.com/help#help_34

If you publish an account using the publisher or the EA, the account isn't verified. At this stage the account's demo/real status can be manually changed in the settings. Once the account is verified, this field is locked (with the type we recognize during verification).
