For accurate volume information you would need to aggregate volume data from major liquidity venues. There are some websites, forexfactory, myfxbook...etc, which provide volume information. But, i am not sure how accurate these data are.

Hello bashar,what matters is the physical location of the brokers server and the VPS server. As example: If the server from your broker is loacated in London, you should look for a VPS provider with server in London. Although, there are providers who offer VPS servers for cheap money. Keep in mind that cheap often costs more at the end.
