They are offering a 15 Euro Welcome bonus, so you can start trading immediately. If you read carefully, you will see that you can transfer this Welcome account to a real account, if you reached 100 Euro or more on the welcome account. There would not be any problem with this in any way. BUT instead of transfering the 100 Euro or more (maybe even -15 Euro, which would have been the inital start bonus), you are only able to transfer 15 Euro.
