Hello FxPapa,If I understood correctly, in the previous version, if we had an account with 1000$ and risk set to 10, the EA would open 0.10 lot positions and the SL would be if the positions would reach a 200$ (20%) total open drawdown. Right?In the new, 2.1 version, how does this work? The same example, 1000$ account. Risk_Percent set to 10 (default). I suppose now the SL will be 10%, in this case 100$ total open drawdown. And what size will be the positions opened by the EA? Should be 0.05 lots, to keep the lot size/SL proportion.Regards

And yet, open drawdown is just as important as closed DD. Equity curve versus balance or profit curve. Floating (open) DD is what can blow an account.

Yes, that would be better.Meanwhile, the FxPapa people may be waiting for everyone to have their 3 trades closed before they send the next signal. So there are no violations of the max 3 simultaneous trades rule.

You may be right, there.I also had only one trade with 10 pips profit. No ECN account, but the trade was entered much later, immediately after I installed the EA, around 12-noon yesterday. So there was no need to do that multi level thing to try to save the trade.I'll wait for news from Roger, now. And see if they send more signals... I only got one signal for 399.

Bob, sorry to know your SL was hit. Meanwhile, Roger and the vendor are still without loss, as am I for I didn't get the bad trades. My FxPapa only started yesterday.So, what now? We knew this could happen. The signals should keep coming so some can recover from loss and others may profit. Business as usual.I see no reason for FxPapa not to show up here. Though it seems strange their account didn't get the 30% loss. They're now at 18% drawdown. Are you sure they were over the 30%, maestro?

Well Dale, the authors say that when you set the risk to 10, the EA will close the position(s) if the total loss is more than 20% the account balance.I hope it's alright for me to tell this.

As they have $510, their maximum open drawdown should be $153 (30%), I suppose.

Yes, apparently, when you set the risk parameter to 10, for example, the risk will be really 20%. So if they have the risk setting at 15, they really have a risk of 30%. Maybe that's why it didn't trigger the SL yet.As for me, what a great day to buy FxPapa. And already on real live account. Yet, I did not get any of those problematic trades. Thanks Roger.In fact, I didn't get those trades. As soon as I attached the EA to the chart, it immediately opened a short GBP/USD, even before I could set the risk parameter. Fortunately it went well, about 10 pips profit. It was around 12-noon. And it was the only trade, until now.Good luck
