How can the equity at this account is 110% while at the same time the open trades show 300 pips loss at the same time is their any hidden opened trades?

This normally happens in lot incremental EAs.
e.g. you have
0.01 lot - 30 pips -$ 2
0.02 lot - 20 pips -$ 4
0.03 lot - 10 pips -$ 8
0.04 lot + 15 pips +$ 20
So you are net -45 pips but in $, you have a gain of +$6.
