Not sure on the lots, but I do know that I think I've burnt through the bonus by withdrawing weekly as suggested by FE help.
So really, the bonus - while useful for the first couple of weeks - is steadily getting less useful as they remove chunks whenever I withdraw money. I'm not sure how much of the bonus I even have left now!

on the instafiorex site, the bonus section will display how many lots you have to trade to get the bonus and how may you allready got.
contact the bonus team before doing some withdraw.
at the beginning its better to wait before doing a withdraw. because the bonus can be removed at any time and could cause a margin call.
so keep the increased capital until your capitalmatch the initial capital + initial bonus
so for example, if yu starts with 1000$ + 30% (300$ of bonus)
wait to have your capital hitting 1300$, because the EA is setup for this amount. the bonus should not be counted in the setup of the EA. so this approach is safer.
