Aladdin Version 8.2.
1) Fixing the consolidation to no trade when constipation
2) Set minimum TS according to MarketInfo.
3) Monitor and Close All Trade when TS fail to attend all position.
Agenda 2 & 3 need to test out on Demo while Back Test can not see the error.
