Its not a fake, however this is called an arbitrage trader. It takes advantage of the price quote differences between brokers. It requires a extremely fast connection to the market (not throughput but latency).This is why some trades have time of 0 seconds. I know people are probably going to say that this is not true, but he has other systems on his profile where he states its an arbitrage system,

no stop loss and 50.02% drawdown. This has the potential of blowing up an account.Also the broker you have has a weird rating on FPA. Most of the comments reek of people that work under the broker.

Okay... seriously think about it.This EA can't be High Frequency Trading system. If it is running through a MT4 platform you have a total of 2 threads to run the EA, once for the EA and another for the money management.HFT systems need 10-100 of processors to do the computational calculations that this developer is claiming it does. My suggestion, get a refund. You want a HFT system? Message me and I will show you one. Show you not sell you.

Lets break this down.Each trade that is appearing here has no spread.... it may have some commissions but no spread. (Is there any provider that does that?)2.3 pips on AUDUSD you would be in the negative on legitimate providers. Now, you could feasibly get 0 spread, no commissions, true STP etc. But you would have to pay either your broker or Metaquotes over 200,000+K to even remotely come close.Opening 10-50 trades at one time may seem to be 'HFT', but in reality it is more of a odds game.
