@ebokai thank you for the reply. first link was working for me yesterday. english is not my first language, but i try to understand.from the agreement doc what i understand is, if deposit is less than 5000USD we have to pay 9.99USD/M. also they mention that they have right not to accept deposit below 500USD. so i was wondering if 500USD is the minimum top up.not sure but balance update may be not instant. i checked live history and saw there is few more new closed trade but balance remain same.however is the "live history" page accurate? after calculating closed trade, profit shows n...

any one able login to: https://priorfx.com/en/client/login/this one working fine though: https://client.priorfx.com/my account already connected to "sector 1 moderate". is there any minimum amount for top up? like can we top up 100USD?after reading comments here i think we cannot see equity now, but after how long balance update in priorfx account?

after talk to support guys i made that pdf to word document then fill up the details. and about signature i just write down my name using my keyboard which they said fine.

i got the form today as pdf formate. how do you guys fill up the form?did you print out => then fill up => next scan => then send?or just fill up on computer and in client sign just type your name?and about PASSPORT/ID: do you have to mention do i have to mention what kind of id? or just fill up the number?

priorfx front page showing they have neteller deposit option, but in account page you cannot find neteller deposit option. for e-wallet they only support skrill. i have send them e-mail a week ago still no response from them.i don't know how big is problem with hotforex, but clearly priorfx is not suitable for very small investor. it would be nice if BPGE contact with hotforex to find any solution that those problem will not happen in future and consider to run an account with hotforex as well.i invested BPGE 5~6 month and result was really impressive. well even if BPGE don't want to s...

agree with Lee, support system horrible. i already registered. submitted ID proof yesterday. today i logged in saw it's still pending. but few min ago account checked to see it's approve yet or not and now saying those attachment has been deleted and no e-mail from priorfx other than activation link email.if anyone already registered how long it took to finish to registration?

money laundering is the main reason why they asking too many question but it should be only if you withdrawing it to your account first time. this is the only reason i like to use e-currency method i.e neteller/webmoney instant deposit and withdraw (takes 1~2days sometimes though for withdraw)

in hotforex minimum top up was 500USD even initial deposit is 500USD. it would be nice if new broker allow minimum top up 50~100USD.

i just removed fund which worked fine. i did not know that BPGE is unhappy with hotforex. some investor may be unhappy for losing money this week but only if invest a month ago. according to myfxbook this year total profit 18.42% and this month lose 4.02% which could be easily recover. if you cannot face 4% lose you should not join forex.well i think so far hotforex was working fine, may be this time they had problem (not sure if they did it intentionally or not). dont you think it's wise decision to stick with them? who knows new broker may shows more problem?also any expected time to sta...
