My EA closed 1 AUD positive and 3NZD closed negative with IC Markets.

Hello! when these 3*NZDUSD trades were closed, I was watching it as I was comparing my trades with vendor's trades , it happened to my account too, but after some time I see these trades appeared as closed in loss in my account @ price 0.77990, (it is not stopped out but closed) whereas I see immediately to vendor's account and it did not appeared as closed. There may be some function when the price reaches the low level of the channel then it gets closed. This is strange in my account.

All commonsense fundamentals of trend following are no meaning to the vendor!!! He had blown out his previous account and started with new broker and now again blaming broker!!! and not properly improving his martingale EA.

When drawdown is very high like this EA is more than 60%, the chances of account blow out are very high!!!

I lost a lot so I stopped using it and requested for upgraded copy MFM4. I wrote to vendor about loss and no proper reply accept stating buy MFM4.

@I have all right to demand free upgrade in lie of 3 paid license. You are not telling truth to readers that when I purchased 3 licenses of MFM3 you promised me free future upgrade and now you upgraded MFM3 to MFM4 so I requested that upgrade as per your promise and now you are denying me for up gradation and you are cheating me/your customer.

@aagarcia First of all you do not know what is given in member are. For your information member area does not have any provision of ticket. see attached screen shot of member area for updating your knowledge. Its by e-mail only. So do not advise any one without knowing right thing and without asking your advice.

Who are you telling problem lies with me. I have same settings and same broker since last three to 4 months. You have not right to tell me anything when I am asking Jared to answer. Please keep quite as you do not know what is problem and what is solution.
