Oh come on. Don't start with the "he is a gambler" Just because a person earns 45% doesn't mean he is lucky.You even said it yourself. No one knows where it is going to go. Which means we are taking a gamble either way. The word GAMBLE isn't defined by the amount of profit or loss your going to take. Well think of it this way. When you work a 9 to 5. The hours you've worked is multiplied by your hourly salary. As if to say, your GUARANTEED what you have given the company. You can do it daily or monthly. The fact is your doing it. That is something most traders don't do. We read way to much into terms which PROFESSIONALS use. The term DRAWDOWN by far is the most worthless stat ever. Only because it is a representation of the % of your account you have had in red! Yet, it doesn't tell you your avg POINTS in loss. Hey super... Sell eur/jpy right now, for 3 dollars a point We will fall back to 117.57 within the next 2 weeks. This is as high as eur/jpy will go. Current price is 119.116 119.42 is stop loss

Exness for the record is not a buckershop. They are THE MOST liquid broker in the market. You can tell by how quickly you receive your funds. Even wire transfers get to you in under 72 hours of your requesting it. A bucketshop is the complete opposite.

No it isn't. A broker reserves the right to set terms and agreements based on what they offer. Do you have any idea why exness changes their leverage or when they do this? They only do it with the last 5 hours of the trading session on fridays. Only to prevent clients from holding HIGH LEVERAGE trades over the weekend. As you may know if you have even 3% equity with 2000:1 leverage and you hold it over the weekend. If the market gaps against you 100 points. Your a dead duck! So what is why they change the leverage to no more then 200:1 leverage on fridays at the time mentioned above. Its a...

To me the most important thing is not compounding. To compound successfully you really have to trade like a robot. Many people as mentioned before, can earn SUPER HIGH RETURNS in a matter of trades. Yet, by simply withdrawing what you have profited. Will assure you of not LOSING the profit, WHEN you blow your account. Margin call will happen. I have yet to see a HUMAN win 100% of his or her trades. So to earn enough money in forex in the long term. You should withdraw profits daily.

I think another thing which is missing is the following. Most traders show their trades for all to see. Yet, you don't have anyone who EXPLAINS the system. That is the issue which many have. Some want to copy, others want to follow to learn. We can have the same system and trade it very differently.

It isn't outlandish. If you do it one month. It can be done the next. Just because the don't trade doesn't do it. Doesn't mean you can't. The reality is trading is highly subjective. If a person is looking for 4% a month. Then so be it. Yet, because wall street can't produce those returns. Doesn't mean joe blow can't. And plus. If a person had a 1000% week. And decide to call it quits. He would have a greater chance of having a 4% avg, even if he losses for the next 52 months straight :)

A good trader uses high equity and moderate leverage. Only, because if your a GOOD TRADER you can accurately predict the turn in the market. No need for a 20 point stop loss cushion when thats almost 30% of most currencies daily range. :)
