hi there hope your profitable trades will continue.Can you share your settings please?

@chance - I switched back to v1.1.6 last night before these trades. I am testing v1.2 on a smaller account. The reason for such large % gain is the MT4 server at the broker went down for apprx 20 minutes. When it came back up, my trades closed in profit.

wt do you think the reliability of this broker, r u satisfied with their service ie re quotes, slippage, disconnecting etc...beside the 20 minutes server down as you mentioned. How about the support it is fast enough.

I am happy with EES Fx as my broker.

Yes, I turned off MDP for the weekend.

I believe this resulted in the subsequent trade getting in too late and being a loser. It reached that limit two more times before executing this trade, which was a loser:

Note, it's a $20K real account and I was experimenting with larger trade sizes.

I did not have any warnings for those trades. However, today on the last wave of trades I had many warnings for invalid stops and Trade is disabled. The large loss was a full stopout. That trade opened then disappeared until it closed. I sent an email to Joe but I'm not holding my breath. I've had this problem before and it comes back every now and then. Joe says it's robot. William with MDP says it's the broker. I'm stuck in the middle.

It is both programming issue and broker settings, i.e. certain broker settings can trigger certain programming issues. It's not as if it's one or the other, it's both. William had an idea:


Tell them to try silent = true, MDP reset and try to lower simultaneous trades to 3 - 5 that should significantly help

My MDP I installed a few days ago. Until now, no trades. I get the message 'too many attempts rejected by brokers,' I do not know what settings I should change?

At the top you will see EesFx 3.0 > Forums > Categories Tab > FX Systems. I don't think there has been activity for awhile.
