Either:
1) We were not sold the contest EA.
2) The contest results are not real.
3) Or something else.
Bottom line is the official account shows how bad is the EA we bought.

I agree. Its definitely not the same EA used in the contest. I am asking for refund as well.

I also agree. Used it for some weeks on my account and it´s 100% not the good working EA :-(

They told me the refund was on it's way on 5 Dec. 7 days later and nothing has arrived??

@FxPhil I asked for refund too, I saw that my first request was changed to something "discuss with Vendor" but I push the bottom up to "ask for refund" and they gave my money back by now. Check your request status...

They did that with me too. Changed the Refund Request into a Support Request, which I turned back into a Refund Request which now says the money has been refunded. That was on Dec 5. As of 10 minutes ago, no money has arrived in my bank.

yes, the money has arrived this week, and my clickbetter refund confirmation arrived on Dec4...

also note that when clickbetter sent the refunded mail, my forexsensation code was not working anymore, the license tab disappeared from the members area... it seems your EA still works, so your license is enabled...

Neither is my copy working. Access to the members area is removed. Other robots are using the demo account.
