i have been trading some fairly sizable gold moves with multiple trades on the table.before my position's close up, i could have as many as peraps ten 0.10 lot gold trades on the table.if i have ten trades on the table on a gold trade...a simple one dollar move of gold gives me a hundred pips X ten EQUALS 1,000 pips.do you see now?1,000 pips doesnt seem like much now, does it?myfxbook tallies up the combined pips, but it is my opinion that if i have multiple trades open on a single pair, then maybe theiir numbers should be all about the combined position values.anyways, now you understand ...
