To track the DD they have to publish their results to MT4I.com.here there is an hourly DD which is better than the myfxbook one.and the profit empire DD is like a ...oohh... a grid system!so you can expect huge lost somewhere... the January batch was with 9 trades in the same direction... very risky. few more pips in the wrong direction and the margin call is guarantee...

the worst batch in the history was -113pips for the trade 1 and -89pips for the trade 2, so a cumulative of -202pips.currently its -122 and -91pips... so they break they record :)strangely... my second trade has only -55pips not -91!!! so opened far lower than the official account one...

their account reached the -60% DD (exposure info)... the plan ? well... simple... there is a protective SL :)or we can ask the central banks to reverse the trend...

I think its a bad idea, first because its too early to diagnose the result and second because you will not recover your losses... imagine if you lower the risk of an EA because of 1 loss (which is part of the game) you will never recover and make it profitable.in fact I'll raise the risk after a drop when I know that the EA is very stable to recover quickly (for sure its riskier in case of 2 consecutive losses...)

I think we cant do something on our side. the problem is certainly on the sPhantom network side. I don't know where their servers are located, but they certainly don't have the control on a lot of things. like firewalls, internet connection etc... they certainly uses VPS like we are using. wait and see if they'll post some comment on this issue as everybody was impacted except their own account.

I think we suffered a latency in the signal itself. we have receive the close signal command from the sPhantom server too late. like if the web site used for the connection between our VPS and their VPS was suddenly bad or unresponsive for few seconds.

did you see any message in the MT4 log window or expert window?did you try to save the config to a set file, close, reopen the config window and load the save set config instead of typing the numbers?

well... stop the EA... but you will increase the risk!!!last week sphantom close the trades in break even, which was a good decision, if you stop the EA you will not receive these safe close signals... and you can be in big trouble!!!

here too, exactly 10pips. which mean that the trade was closed by its local TP and not from the sPhantom close signal.does this mean that the EA on the sPhantom side close the trade later??? or we have been lucky and our trades were in better position than the sPhantom signal one.
