with martingale pip count usually low or -'ve , don't think this is what's being used.

looking at your statement ... if you trade outside 00:00 - 08:00 , you may reduce drawdown ... may not have as much profit though.

T-Gap Again, ea appears to be performing well. You may also want to add a trading time feature (Start/Stop) , if trade already in the cycle continue trading if outside of this time. Most of your drawdown will happen in ranging market, so may want to avoid Asian session trading. Also, have you tried using on other pairs. Recovery strategy with martingale seems sound, will only have to optimize as far as when to start recovery.

Really like performance of your ea so far, would be interested in purchasing when becomes available as long as price is reasonable.

I realize that your idea is a little more advanced (not much difference between pending orders and market orders when dealling with ea) , also , there are the odd times market open/close at same price but on a daily basis there is always a trend ... because we have no idea if day will be bullish or bearish we just go with direction of move ... so if go up 30 we buy , if go down 30 we sell ... incorporate martingale as a hedging strategy in case direction is wrong ... then break even , then continue buying or selling depending on direction of the move. Again, this is just basic idea ... can alw...

interesting, about 10 days ago after looking at the CableRun strategy a similar strategy to what T-GAP have came to mind.... guess great minds think alike :) .just not able to code it. strat.. " ..... looking to break even on ranging markets, buy/sell with the trend, ... takes grid, martingale into consideration ...lets say place pending order 20 pips from price, each order ... if price goes up 20 ... buy 1(tp20, no sl), goes up another 20 buy 1 (tp20, no sl) ... same for sell ,now if price goes up and you buy 1, then goes back down 20 (-20), sell 2 (tp 20, no sl) if reaches tp close bot...

I just purchased ea, so will see how performs .... there is an equity stop protection, only problem i have with no hard stop is if i loose internet connection ... will report back after about 1 mth.

I am no expert on blessings, don't even fully understand trading logic ... but I wouldn't start trading a pair like GBP/JPY until fully understand how ea works.... also, settings that work on 1 pair may not work on another pair. I am using a different martingale ea on gbp/jpy and orders are set 200 pips apart... while for usd/jpy the are set 40 pips apart ... any settings that can withstand May 5-7 move should be able to run for a while without any problem.

thanks for the information, i will start demo testing. ... i am currently demoing an old version of fxpromaker which is straight martingale which opens position in both direction ... i have TP set to 100 / steps set to 100 also, on backtest shows little drawdown ... will see if blessing have options to modify number of pips for each step. Thanks again.

Well someone had emailed me stating that there account was margin called after about 2-3 weeks. I have asked them to post here for reference, will see. Adry results look good and i was thinking about using his service, my only problem with his trading is trading of GOLD... that can be risky on a $3000 account, although return nice when get it right, can easily blow account with GOLD trading alone , especially with TDFX where lowest is $0.50/pip. I have reviewed some of product on his site and the Dean Saunders Package provide good results if followed especially '10 minute Forex Wealth Buil...

There nothing wrong with asking not to publish daily results, anyone with any trading knowledge knows 2 good or bad day does not mean anything .... I think request reasonable to have clients report results monthly instead of everyday. I guess they can always post with myfxbook .
