You have every right to voice your comments and opinions here. Hopefully you will receive a response that is actually helpful. Sadly, the actions of one support person can leave a bad impression. We have seen this recently with another popular broker. I am personally sorry to hear of your bad experience but can reassure you that IC Markets are a solid and reputable broker.

End quote.So IC Markets gave you permission to use their logo also? Then why have you changed it since your original post?Did a search for IC Markets rebates and found your website........along with HFT Group and another IC Markets IB who actually CONTRIBUTES to this thread, as I do...........might be a good example to follow ;)

Yes, I have made a number of Neteller withdrawals.You can withdraw via Neteller if you deposit via Neteller. You can withdraw profit via Neteller but not sure if you can withdraw your initial deposit if it wasn't deposited via Neteller.I interpret that your initial deposit must be withdrawn the same way it was deposited but anything over that (profits) can be withdrawn via Neteller once you have made at least a minimal deposit via Neteller to activate Neteller in your client portal.

It sounds like an issue with the connection to your mql5 signal provider account. This is a third party that you choose to use and the broker will not take responsibility for issues or losses sustained in this case. The problem is between mt4 and mql5 service not mt4 and the brokers server.

IC Markets was one of the few brokers (apart from brokers offering cent accounts) that was/is used for Forex Envy that can have well in excess of 100 open positions. Your account will be fine 😉

If it was major slippage this is to be expected on major impact news......we all know this occurs on a broker that genuinely passes your orders to market. A lot of LP's are simply not interested during high impact news events, hence the thin liquidity resulting in poor fills and major slippage that can be experienced at these times.However.........a disconnection or outage is another story.Check your mt4 logs around the time of the news event you mentioned and look for extended disconnections or outages.Check your trade logs around the time of the news event and look for anything out of th...

If your EA is spamming the servers you will find brokers act first and ask questions later. Spamming leads to increased latency times for other traders and losses in a live environment.

I am running a couple of demo accounts on IC Markets with no problems on mt4 build 610.Might be time to upgrade. Metaquotes won't support build 509 forever. This may possibly be the issue currently.
