We've just released a new build 1.72 which you can download here (install in administrator mode): http://static.mfbcdn.net/pages/EaInstaller.exeThis build will fix the following issues:- Incorrect installation when installing as a user with no admin rights (causes missing files) - due to change in folder architecture of MT4.- Old statements uploaded (this is due to bugs in MT's build below version 610 which do not offer full compatibility for previous builds).Thanks.

Suffix has nothing to do with the EA - if you cannot make it work with the installation, I suggest going the manual way (end of page): http://www.myfxbook.com/help/connect-metatrader-ea

Please check your email. We need to check your pc/vps in order to isolate the issue as the dev team can't replicate this error on their end.

@BluePanther Please make sure you've installed the EA as administrator as well as running your MT4 as administrator.

@jdowney @tange Please send an email to support [at] myfxbook.com and state your operating systems, any running firewalls, the mode you're running mt4 (ie as administrator and/or portable) and any errors you're getting.Thanks.

We had to rewrite our systems due to the many build releases in the last few days - it is already restored however will take about an hour to update all of the accounts with the first cycle.

@Tradenow - do you have any error messages in the Experts tab? did you enable DLL imports (MT4->Tools->Options->Experts Advisors->Allow DLL imports)?

There is an issue with a terminal running with UAC which we're working to resolve asap. You can run your terminal in "/portable" mode or better yet connect the account with auto-update mode.I apologize for the inconvenience.

The ex4 and the dll at the bottom of the page is for build 509 (we havn't updated it yet.)As to the new version - is doesn't use the MyfxbookEA.dll that's why you don't see it after the install.Please make sure your run the installer as Admin (right click->run as administrator)

@BluePanther so you're saying it should be showing at 0 as long as the balance is negative?If you have a balance of -$10 and close a trade for $2, what is the generated profit percentage wise?

BluePanther, I've replied to you privately, and would like to make it clear for everyone else that our statistics are accurate; You're seeing positive percentage gains even though trades are losing money because the balance is negative which skews the calculation - this is actually an issue with the broker as an account cannot reach a negative balance.

The lower the balance will get, the more risk will be taken with each position (relative to your account size vs the provider) as the trade size cannot be broken to smaller pieces than 0.01 lots - this will increase the chance of running out of margin and finally getting a margin call. Use the "Minimal Balance" field to know exactly how much balance you need to get accurate risk ratio when a trade is copied.
