I also traded FGT for a certain time, then I stopped it (I was at least in profit) :-)Why ? Because the EA is based on increasing prices for gold and silver. If a drop of more than 100 points happens i.e. for gold (and this happend in the past) you can calculate what will happen with your account.It is a type of grid system, and I never saw a grid system that survived on a long-term view, at least if you don't have a huge account and play with very small lot size.FGT wins since month because of the bull market for gold, but FGT is at least my preferred trading style. I hate big DD.

Perhaps there are bugs in the EA but believe it or not ...... FGB can be really profitabel.... especially if you know how to tweak it right.Attached three different settings, all profitable .... and there are much more settings, which can be run profitable

Trading 2 Lots/trade with 250 $ deposit in the asian session, that means 13 pips would blow up your account. Nice to see, but no longterm perspective, but good luck for your account

It looks like a grid system with 25 pips TP and >= 100 pip sl. Either it works with a hidden SL or without SL, it cannot be deducted by the history.Like every grid system it is able to run very profitable for a while, but on a long term basis...... nobody nows ...... one very strong movement in the wrong direction will blow up the account.If I'm wrong, I would be happy if you could explain me the basic idea behind your EA

I'm aware of this problem with FGB and I can absolutely garuantee that I have never closed trades manually. Especially because FGB run on a VPS and I have rebooted the system last weekend. So also FGB was restarted.Up to this week FGB traded on my Alpari account very similiar to thinkforex.... but now it seems that there are big differences.Some ideas would be very welcome.

Has anybody actual open Trades with FGB? FGB opened 6.45, 7.00, 7.15 and 9.00 sell orders.

In average 3.54 Lots/trade with a deposit of 1000 $.... DD of 28,2 pips and the account is blown up...... be happy that's only demo accountadem

I'm using Alpari UK, in the beginning there were clearly differences but since Ver 1.3 the trades are nearly the same as in Thinkforex, sometimes small differences +/- 0,3 pip ... sometimes better and somtimes worse

alles unerheblich, man braucht keine Indis oder irgendwelche Linien und Grundeinstellungen sind ok, eigene Ideen und probieren hat aber aber auch noch nie geschadet, ich persönlich nehme sogar unter Eigenschaften alle Linien einschließlich der Kurve alles raus, lenkt nur ab und verführt nur dazu händisch einzugreifen, wenn es mal gegen mich läuft...... at least my opinion :-)

Keine Ahnung ob er schlecht programmiert ist oder nicht......Tatsache ist man kann mit FGB Geld verdienen und mit ein paar zusätzlichen eignenen Ideen noch ein bisschen mehr.No idea, whether the program structure is good or bad .... but it's fact, that you can earn money with FGB and with some own additional ideas, it could be even more

Deutsch ist das kleinste Problem. Welchen Broker hast du......normalerweise ist FGB etwas brokerabhängig aber nach meiner Erfahrung nicht allzu stark

FGB looses track and the trades are automatically closed after restarting MT4. At least in my version 1.3

For me it is definitely a martingale system especially after the 18. april. With a deposit of 12.000, there is a DD of more than 7000...... earlier or later the system will blow up your account..... definitely

It is different, definitily, even at the same broker and 2 accounts. For my opinion it depends on the speed of the data feed. I had today on one account a buy and on the other account a sell with a time difference of 15 minutes. I think, if the signal is weak, it can change from sell to "do nothing" to buy. Is the signal strong, then for my opinion the different brokers and accounts show nearly the same behaviour.. and this should be the difference between good and bad results with this bot.....but that is only my assumption..... my experience so far with FGB is at least up to now &q...

Why the message of the EA is then "no trails actice" ....... normally it should display 20 pips locked..... is there an explanation for this?
