You are right... Apparently "standard" risk taker clients suffered because of too many "high risk" accounts under direct management... I feel so much better now... 😲If that's the case (confirmed by Tomas), there should be "standard" and "high risk" Cesar Masters or EA for lease... In case of leased EA everybody could adjust risk settings (even to 1 lot/300 USD).

It really depends on the risk settings, as a wide variety of risk settings were used by us. Employing a 0.01/1000 USD setting I recall max. 3 events of more than -10% DD. Of course, Cesar had victorously conquered all 3 of them. Like expected from a real CESAR.Which is why it is troubling for me that why Cesar had "chickened out" of a -14% DD this time... All of us were in the game to see VICTORY or -30% DD/SL. Had Cesar not "chickened out" from a temporary setback, we would have been more than victorous by yesterday evening...

@logicman All seasoned traders have been through the same emotionally and financially challenging times what you are going through now. Probably not once. Dealing with such times is part of the game. It is what separates the boys from the men. It is also an opportunity to learn about not only the nature of high risk trading but also about ourselves.Make the most of this experience. In a year - looking back to it - you will be grateful you did.

MyFxBook calculates Absolute Gain in relation to the INITIAL DEPOSIT. Cesar400 had a 500 USD initial deposit on August 13th, 2013, so the 1152 USD profit is exactly 230%.I also have one question: Where is the captain...?

I wish Tomas would have leased the EA to subscribers, so this mess could have been avoided... No trading on NFP days, no premature closure of basket... Maybe he would consider a leasing structure besides signals and direct account management... (Please, Tomas!)

I know it is too late, but if Cesar400 would have MECHANICALLY followed it previous path as either -30% loss OR DD/small profit, all of us would be much better off. Of course, EMOTIONS has screwed it up... Welcome to human trading...

In my opinion a SL would have been sufficient - as before... Manual interventions are usually bad, as Tomas has already mentioned that.And it is a well-known phenomena as manual interventions are ALWAYS EMOTION BASED.

Very strange exit position... Personally I would have placed a hard SL to the price level where Cesar2.0 had exited on Friday and give a "fighting chance" to this basket. But I am not Cesar...

Personally I have never considered the "recommended" 0.01 lot/500 USD setting safe, as it has obviously carried the (simply calculated) DD/SL risk of -73%...

@makeitrain Welll, based on their names, Cesar_2.0 is running on ICM: https://www.simpletrader.net/signal/1619/signal.htmlAnd Cesar_2.1 is running on FxPrimus: http://www.myfxbook.com/members/togr/fxprimusc21/756902As I have already pointed out: Cesar2.0 (the SimpleTrader signal Master account) was running at double risk compared to Cesar400 (which is the signal account for Managed accounts).Other than their risk settings, Cesar_2.0 and Cesar400 are the same.

Yes, I agree. Although there are some exceptions when trading big news can be profitable. For example by superfast high-tech newstrader strategies.Oh yes, they can be profitable! And not only for the "good ol' NY and London boys'... As the enclosed screenshot shows Friday's NFP trade:
