This whole ESMA regulation will simply fire backwards and REALLY BADLY, as it will only push retail traders to sign up with unregulated off-shore brokers who will be very happy to provide not only 1:400, but 1:500 or even 1:1000 leverage because their clients will never see their funds again anyway... I guess, only the future will reveal the answers to your questions.I would add that the January-February period shows that the trader DOES take SMALL LOSSES when the situation warrants and does not let floating DDs to accumulate, so I would argue with the ""the DD will definitely get larger"" statement. The acceptance of small losses shows good risk management supported by the fact that the ""Average Win"" is 125 pips while the ""Average Loss"" is only 50 pips with a 1:1 ""Win : Loss"" Ratio...

Agree, and I would go even further: It is BETTER than ""good"".The statistical parameters are excellent in all regards. One of the best strategies on MyFxBook.

@challenger When there is PROFIT with NEGATIVE PIP COUNT, it is MARTINGALE until proven otherwise... (I am not aware of any other technique which loses lots of pips, but still able to make net profit.)Open your Trade History OR Accept the Ruling...

@togr You are right. Weltrade is a Belize registered (""regulated"") off-shore broker, so just this fact is enough to raise suspicion when an account shows 100 wins out of 100 trades... So probably these results are ""hand-crafted"" to lure in new clients to run the ""Holy Grail"" strategy available only through this broker...Nevertheless, even if these results were shown on an ASIC or FCA regulated broker account I would be highly suspicious of hidden major DDs easily achieved by simply disconnecting the account from MyFxBook while t...

This one is tricky... 100% win rate (100 win out of 100 trades) with only 5% DD... But don't fall for it.This account is probaly a Grid or a lucky "Hope & Pray" strategy which is DISCONNECTED from MyFxBook during drawdowns.The account's last update was on March 02, i.e. 10 days ago, so probably it is in a major DD, and waiting for the recovery when the trade(s) will be closed in profit and the account will be reconnected to MyFxBook showing another picture perfect win with minimal DD...

@arpan366 Well, my only observation - since you asked - is that the longest running account (without any ""broker error"") has not made ANY net profit since September of 2017, i.e. for the past 6 months. Is it good...? I am sure about that, but definitely better than losing...

Congratulations!My only reservation at this point is the relatively small sample size for statistical significance (179 trades over a 5 months period), but it is NOT a weakness of the strategy, just an observation.

@Yazzitsu Thanks for opening the Trade History. Unfortunately, there is evidence of ""Martingale"" in the trade history. (It is obvious, even if the lot sizes are hidden)....and as our ""Thread Founding Member"" has stated in Post #1: ""5) No martingales! (it might work for you, and I do not want to engage in an argument - just please keep to yourself and don't participate).""So I have nothing to add, other than the strategy does not meet the criteria of this thread.

Maybe you have not realized but your broker is NO LONGER regulated by the FCA...In other words: Probably it has done something ""fishy"" to lose its status with the FCA...No surprise, because this broker is registered on the Seychelles Islands, and as we all know, there are lots of ""fishes"" on the Seychelles... @Yazzitsu Welcome to the ""Lions' Den""! 😁Well, the performance parameters look OK on the surface, however, the hidden Trade History raises some concerns.My main concern with the displayed graph is the RAPID EQUITY and PIP DIPS (i.e. drawdowns") with subsequent RAPID RECOVERIES which are usually seen with GRID and Martingale strategiesm which are ""NO-NO"" in this thread (if you have a look at Post #1).Also, the small monthly profits (1.98%) with the small max. If you are looking for investors, you should reveal how much "skin" do you have in the game and show the actual lot sizes - at least -, but preferably the equity, too.Otherwise, the overall performance parameters look pretty good (assuming that the account is connected to MyFxBook 24/5, i.e. not disconnected during drawdowns). Why no update since November 9th...?I guess account is in deep DD, and connection between MT4 and MyFxBook has been tuned off while waiting for DD to turn into profit.It also explains the above-mentioned extremely low (and probably fake) DD.
